  • Yes — removing orange tones is one of our most requested jobs. A full sand, buff and modern matt or satin finish brings the floor back to a lighter, natural and modern look.

  • Typical times:
    Single rooms: 1–2 days
    Open-plan areas: 2–3 days
    Large homes or commercial: 4+ days
    This varies depending on size, wood type and condition.

  • Yes — online quotes are completely free with no obligation. We also offer free site visits in the North West when needed.

  • No — we use dust-controlled sanding, protect all surrounding areas and leave everything tidy once the work is complete.

Floor Type Questions

  • Yes — hardwood floors (oak, beech, walnut, maple, etc.) can be sanded multiple times and restore extremely well.

  • Yes — as long as the top veneer is thick enough, which is usually the case. We avoid coarse sanding and use veneer-safe methods.

  • Absolutely — herringbone, chevron and block parquet restore beautifully. We also offer optional gap filling (resin & sawdust mix) when needed.
